Ruxton has not set out to cure neurodegenerative diseases. This would be an ambitious goal but we believe that not enough is yet understood about the underlying genetics and environmental components of neurodegenerative diseases to attempt a cure. However, we believe we can make an important difference in patients’ lives by slowing the rate of progression of these diseases and thereby increasing the amount of quality time patients have to enjoy life with friends and family.
